Refund Policy

How trials, cancellations, and billing work for RankerTrack paid plans.

1. Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial your card is only authorized, not charged, so if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing.

2. Cancelling a subscription

If you cancel, billing stops immediately and your account moves back to the Free plan immediately. You won't be charged again after cancelling.

3. Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails and Razorpay can't recover it after retrying, your account moves back to the Free plan automatically.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay, using whichever payment options Razorpay's checkout shows you.

5. Billing issues

If you're being billed and something has gone wrong, reach out via our Support page and we'll sort it out.
