When you create an account or use RankerTrack, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, age, category, qualification, state, and exam stream/branch. If you connect Telegram for alerts, we store your Telegram chat ID so we can send you notifications.

We use this information to match you against eligible government exam notifications, send you alerts (via Telegram and/or email), and improve the accuracy of our eligibility matching. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-party services
We use Supabase to store account data securely, and Telegram to deliver alerts you've opted into. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
4. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through our Support page.
5. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We continuously work to strengthen our safeguards.
